 Sue Hawkins is the founder and former director of Byron Bay Yoga and Yoga Health Retreats, where she taught and guided students for over 23 years. With more than 33 years of experience, Sue is widely recognised for her grounded, intuitive, and heart-centred approach to yoga.

Her journey has been shaped by decades of teaching, learning, and collaborating with respected yoga teachers, always with a focus on deep listening, presence, and wellbeing.

Held in nature‑rich surroundings, our retreats allow you to disconnect from noise and distraction and reconnect with what truly matters. Days are intentionally unhurried, offering space for reflection, rest and gentle movement.
